Pastor Mark Hoffer established Liberty Baptist Church in 2003. Upon graduating from Heartland Baptist Bible College, he and his family returned to Arizona to organize a group of believers that had been praying for church to be planted in the area. On June 8, 2003 Liberty Baptist Church had its first church service. Pastor Mark has a love for expositional Bible preaching and emphasizes the application of the text.
He is a veteran of the United States Navy and served in the submarine fleet from 1987-1993.
Mark and Kathi were married in 1987 and have two children and five grandchildren.
